Summary of the role
We’re seeking a proactive and highly motivated Marketing Executive specialising in HubSpot service delivery to join our growing agency. Working closely with a Senior Strategist, and the agency founder and Client Success Champion, you will champion and lead the delivery and implementation of HubSpot across our client base, including the HubSpot Partner Scale Onboarding (PSO) program and CRM setup projects.
This is both an internal and client-facing role. You’ll help clients get the most value out of their HubSpot investment and support the internal team by recommending HubSpot best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest functionalities.
The constant and rapidly evolving nature of the HubSpot platform demands someone with an unwavering appetite to learn, develop new skills, and take satisfaction in growing not only their expertise but also that of the wider team.
As a dual, client and internal facing role, this is a hybrid role whereby the successful candidate will need to operate from our UK (Reading) office 2-3 times a week.
Key responsibilities
HubSpot Partner Scale Onboarding (PSO) Service
Act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot Scaled Onboarding engagements.
Run structured onboarding sessions for new HubSpot clients, ensuring they hit key setup milestones.
Train clients on core HubSpot tools, including CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub.
Monitor progress and resolve client enquiries, ensuring clients complete their onboarding successfully.
HubSpot Knowledge Centre
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new HubSpot features and share best practices with clients and the internal team.
Develop, maintain and deliver internal and external training sessions and handbook materials.
Internal Collaboration
Work with the wider Client Success Team to offer HubSpot guidance for inclusion within strategic plans.
Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and processes that drive performance and insight.
Job requirements
A minimum of 2 years of digital in-house or marketing agency experience.
Basic to intermediate understanding of the inbound marketing process/methodology and the HubSpot platform.
Strong client-facing skills, able to simplify technical attributes for non-technical audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, confident and positive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and continuously develop as techniques and requirements advance and change.
Desirable Attributes
HubSpot Academy certifications (e.g. Inbound Marketing, CRM Implementation, Partner Scaled Onboarding).
Familiarity with complementary marketing tools such as ChatGPT, ahrefs, Google Anlaytics etc.
Understanding of the broader inbound marketing methodology and the buyer’s journey.
