Job description

About Blend

Blend are the #1 HubSpot website agency.

We help businesses grow their pipeline by combining exceptional HubSpot websites with inbound demand generation.

Since opening our doors in 2010, we've worked with hundreds of B2B companies and consistently observed a recurring theme: even the best marketing could be let down by an ineffective website.

That's why we're on a mission to deliver best-in-class websites and strategic, buyer-centric marketing, to provide our customers with a demand generation engine that fuels their pipeline.

Summary of the role

We are seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing agency. The core responsibility for this role is creating marketing strategies that help our B2B technology sector clients achieve their commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate will have both the technical know-how of SEO, PPC and UX, as well as the creative ability to craft strategies and choose appropriate tactics to deliver on the set direction. The ability to analyse data and gather insights is a crucial skill that is required to be successful in this role. Experience working with HubSpot would be ideal as you'll be required to help with consulting and onboarding clients on HubSpot.

You'll work particularly closely with our website projects team and the creative studio to craft best-in-class websites. Ideally, we're looking for someone who has experience with website information architecture and is able to combine SEO findings with sitemap recommendations. Moreover, practical know-how of user experience best practices and buyer journey strategy will be a plus.

You will be proactive, seeing the client as an extension of our team, never settling for average and always seeking the best results as you immerse yourself in their performance and the market.

  • creating marketing strategies which are closely aligned with inbound demand generation methodology
