Job description
As a Developer at Blend, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality website builds and contributing to ongoing retainer and maintenance work across our broad client base.
We’re a leading provider of HubSpot partner services, specialising in CMS Hub (now Content Hub). Our development workflow is built around local development tooling. While experience with HubSpot is a plus, it’s not a requirement—just bring a strong foundation and a willingness to learn.
You’re likely already confident with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As you grow with us, you’ll be encouraged and supported in developing true expertise in these areas.
What makes a great Developer at Blend?
A sharp eye for detail. We’re known for our precision and creative excellence in the HubSpot community.
A team-first attitude. We’re a supportive, high-performing group that thrives on peer review, feedback, and a shared mission.
A growth mindset. We value learning, curiosity, and the pursuit of mastery in your craft.
A no-ego approach. We don’t do drama or negativity—just good people doing great work, together.
You’ll report to our Technical Director and work closely with the rest of our talented dev team. If you’re looking for a place where your skills will be challenged, your growth supported, and your work genuinely valued—this could be the role for you.
